I've had cleanings and fillings done at this office. Dr. Patel and her staff are very pleasant and very friendly. No matter what I was having done, my experience was always a good one.

Dr. Shefali Patel is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. Most people hate going to the dentist, but she makes things so painless, hassle-free, and worth the drive from Chicago. She provides a great amount of anticipatory guidance to better dental health. She's very knowledgeable and I have had absolutely no problems with any of the dental work she has done for me. The one thing I really appreciated about Dr. Shefali was the extra effort she took to prevent me actually seeing the needle for numbing. Those extra touches make all the difference in the world. Again, love Dr. Shefali and recommend her and Ivory Dental 150%!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Ivory Dental is! From the moment I stepped in the door the staff was nothing short of professional, kind, and caring. I have brought my 2 young daughters (ages 3 and 6) as well. They were put at such ease by Kim and Dr. Patel that having their annual cleaning was a breeze! I enjoy that when I have work done I don't have to just stare awkwardly at the ceiling anymore, they have a variety of shows on DVD to choose from to watch while you are having any procedures done in the office. They take the time to explain EVERYTHING to you. I am so happy I have found a new PERMANENT dentist in the area! Thank you Ivory Dental!!!!

Ivory Dental gave my 3 year old a fantastic dental experience. We went in for his very first dental visit and he now loves the dentist! Kim, our hygienist, was remarkable with him (from introducing every tool, to letting him brush the giant teeth). No need for a pediatric dentist with this Dr Patel in town! We recently moved to IL and therefore in need of new Dr's all around - I'm so happy to have given Ivory Dental a try. Needless to say, my whole family will have their next appointments here.

I have traditionally been a person who was not a fan of the dentist - I used to put my appointments off for months because I hated the idea of going there. After switching to Ivory Dental, I no longer fear going to the dentist. It is always a very pleasant experience. The staff is amazing and so is Dr. Patel - they always welcome me back by name and know my face. The office is very beautiful and clean, and they use a lot of new technology to make the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this dental office to everyone.

Our family of 5 has been going to Ivory Dental since we moved to Plainfield 8 years ago. We love them! Dr. Patel is absolutely fabulous and the staff takes such care with all of us. They are very patient with our ever changing crazy schedules and work with us to find workable appointment times. The office is spotless and the care placed into making our visits swift, painless and even enjoyable is consistently wonderful. Young children are in great hands here as well. Movies play on a flat screen to distract any potential anxiety, as well as a treasure chest filled with goodies for post appointment rewards!

I wanted to thank Dr. Patel for the amazing job she did repairing my son's tooth! With a class 4 break, there was some serious damage and I was so worried his smile would be ruined for ife. 🙂 Thankfully, Dr. Patel not only put my son at ease and got him through a pretty scary episode but the repair is so spot on that you would never even know that he had broken it. Fantastic work-we couldn't be happier!

Dr. Patel and her staff are all so nice. They are kind and gentle, and make your time with them more enjoyable. I really like watching "Seinfield" videos so I relax and even laugh while I'm in the chair.
